A Festival of Carols

Our Christmas Musical Dessert Theater, "A Festival of Carols" will be on Sunday night, December 14th at 6:30 PM. Christmas Choir rehearsals are at 4:30 PM on Sundays in the Music Room. If you like to sing, come and join us - we would love to have you! We will need lots of other volunteers for December 14th: Parking lot greeters, door greeters, servers, set-up and clean-up crews, etc. If you'd like to volunteer, please call the church office!

Sing Out LaGrange 2008

Mark your calendars now for September 28th, 6:30 PM.  Our Choir & Orchestra will be presenting a collection of songs and favorite hymns.  This is an awesome time to join our choir with lots of exciting new music to learn for Sing Out LaGrange and A Christmas Celebration.  We rehearse on Wednesday evening at 6:30 and have some Sunday afternoon rehearsals (4:30 PM on September 14th and 21st).  Call the church office or talk to any Choir member.

From the Heart

Music plays an important role in our Sunday morning worship experience here at La Grange Baptist Church. Whether it's congregational singing, a solo, or a special presentation by our Celebration Choir and Orchestra you sense a spirit of adoration and praise as we worship together in song.

New Search Feature Added to Menus

We have added a new search feature to our menu system. This allows you to search for specific things across our website and blog. You can even choose to search across the entire internet. Whatever you search for will open in a new window (or tab if you use tabbed browsing).


We have standardized on using Google for this search feature. There may be a few days delay between when something is posted on our site or blog and when Google's search technology finds it. So if you are searching for something and can not find it, please try again in a few days to give these massive search engines time to refresh themselves.

We are pleased to announce that LaGrange Baptist Church is now Blogging. RSS feeds and Email subscriptions are available to everyone wishing to subscribe.

This will replace our old "News" pages and give us much more functionality.
