We are committed to making sure your child has a safe experience this year and need your help in making sure this happens.  This will be our procedure for your child’s arrival and dismissal this year: 

• Walk your child into the building each morning by 8:45 a.m. so we can begin promptly at 9:00.  Please do not drop your child off at the door.
• Please check in with them to the appropriate registration table.  There, your child will receive a wristband with a number that corresponds to a tag with a number you will be given.
• Children in Finished Kindergarten through Finished 6^th Grade will be dismissed from the sanctuary at 12:15 p.m. to only the person with their corresponding tag.   
• Children in Pre-School will be dismissed from their classrooms at 12:00 noon to only the person with their corresponding tag as well.
• No child will be allowed to leave assigned areas to find you.

Thank you for helping us make sure this process works smoothly and quickly and most importantly, each child is kept safe!

You are invited each day as early as 11:45 a.m. to come to the sanctuary for the closing program.  There, you will hear about what the children learned for each day. 

During the week, we will be filming the children for a video that will be used during Family Night on Thursday, June 25^th.  This video will be used for this event only.  Please make us aware on your child’s registration form if he or she should not be filmed in the last blank provided labeled “…any other concerns…we need to address”.  Look for more information regarding Family Night that will be given to your child later during VBS.
