Sunday Mornings

We place a high value on what happens at LaGrange Baptist on Sunday mornings. This is the time each week when the church that has been scattered throughout the week to homes, jobs, and schools has the opportunity to gather together in order to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through conversations, giving, serving, singing, and studying the Bible. Sunday mornings at LBC are made up of 2 parts: LIFE Classes and the worship service.

LIFE Classes:

LIFE Classes are small group Bible studies that meet every Sunday morning at 9:30. These classes are the core of our church because they are centered around relationships and the Bible. LIFE is an acronym that stands for love, instruction, fellowship, and evangelism; these are the four components that we want to be a part of each class. LIFE Classes are offered for children, teenagers, and adults.

Worship Service:

After LIFE Class, our worship service begins at 10:45. The service is made up of singing, prayer, giving, and the preaching. Each of these elements is centered around the Bible. The aim of the worship service is not to simply go through a routine but to sing praise to Jesus and hear truth explained from the Bible.
