Tony Rose
Tony Rose has been Pastor of LaGrange Baptist since 1993. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, Mid America Theological Seminary, and earned his Doctor of Ministry from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Tony has been in full-time ministry for over 29 years and 25 of those as a senior pastor. His heart is to teach God’s word. He also has a heart for other pastors and helping them find rest for their souls.
Tony is married to Joie and they have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
Ryan Bebee
Family Pastor
Ryan was born in Austin, Texas, and was blessed to be born into a Christian home. He trusted Christ early in life, and the Lord began to move his heart towards pastoral ministry. He earned a degree in elementary education and, after marrying Sarah, taught 4th grade for two years in Texas. These two years served as a time of testing to be sure Lord was calling him to pastoral ministry. Through serving at a summer camp and involvement in the local church, his church in Texas affirmed these gifts and this calling, and sent him to the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. It is here that he saw a great need for parents to be the primary disciplers of their children, and to see the Church be the primary equipper for this task.
Ryan has been married to Sarah since 2004 and they have two girls, Brooklynn Grace and Rachel Madison. He has been the family pastor of LaGrange Baptist Church since January of 2012.
Rick Davidson
The Lord took hold of Rick at age 32 here at LaGrange Baptist Church. He has been called out of the Heavy Construction Industry, and brings to the church a practical leadership style that has served well for 30 years.
Rick’s approach has always been hands on and ministry hasn’t been any different. He served with Bro. Lisle in youth ministry for nearly 6 years, and during that time responded to a call to some type of vocational ministry. Rick has been serving as a law enforcement Chaplain since 1999 with the Oldham County Sheriff’s Office, was called to a part-time staff as senior adult minister, serving under Bro. Tony in 2000, and now called full time as our Executive Pastor.
LaGrange Baptist Church ordained Rick into the Gospel Ministry on November 7, 1999 and called him to full time vocation in March 1, 2009. It is Rick’s great pleasure to serve Christ here alongside so many of you who God used to help him grow.
Rick has been married to his wife Penny for 35 years. They have been blessed with 2 adult daughters, 3 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren. Their oldest Amy is married to Dave Strite and they have Jackson, Olivia, and Sophie, Megan their youngest is married to Bryan Smith and they have Cooper Keaton and Piper.
Benjamin Brainard
Worship Pastor
Benjamin was born in Bowling Green, KY but grew up most of his life outside of Cleveland, Ohio. By God’s grace, he was blessed with Christian parents who were faithful to take him to church whenever the doors were open. Benjamin was saved at a young age, and was actively involved in church, but it was not until college that he was able to follow Christ apart from his family. This was a time of great growth and rejoicing in the gospel which led to the desire to be a full-time minister of the gospel. Benjamin graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2004 with a degree in Music Education and in 2005 moved with his new wife, Amanda, to Louisville to start seminary.
In December of 2008, both Ben and Amanda graduated from Southern Seminary with Masters of Divinity, his being focused in the area of missions and church growth.
Ben and Amanda welcomed their first child, Eleanor into the world March of 2009 and their second child, Scarlett in September 2010! We’ve been enjoying great growth and fellowship with the body as the Lord teaches us deep application in parenthood.

Cameron Potts
Youth Pastor
Cam was born and raised here in LaGrange. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as the Youth Pastor at LaGrange Baptist since November 2010.
Cam has been married to Kerry-Lyn since June 19, 2010.
Greg Wills
Greg grew up in Memphis, Tennessee. At the age of nineteen he was drawn to Christ after a fellow student at Duke University encouraged him to read C. S. Lewis’s Mere Christianity. He trusted Christ and was discipled through the ministry of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. During that time God called him to the ministry of the Gospel. After graduation he attended Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and did missions projects in Africa and Thailand. After earning his Master of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell, Greg went back to Duke University for his Master of Theology. After earning his Ph.D. in religious studies at Emory University he joined the faculty at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he has taught Church History for seventeen years.
Greg’s heart is to teach young ministers to be faithful to God’s Word and to uphold the purity of the local church; to love their congregants and to send out bold missionaries to the ends of the earth. Greg and his wife Cathy are striving to raise four children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.
