Pastor Tony returns to Isaiah 9:6-7. He teaches that the gift God gives us through Jesus meets our core needs at the deepest level. The gift of Jesus is personal which gives us relationship with God, and His rule is permanent which gives us security.

Part 26 of our series "Romans: the righteousness of God." Romans 9:1-5 is not a text that addresses family or motherhood but Pastor Tony has chosen this passage because of the direct paralell in Paul's relationship to the Christians and lost Jews alike and how parents must learn to relate to their children when things don't go the way they would want them to go.
